About Us
About Ascension Psychology
Ascension Psychology works on integrating fragmented parts of the self, healing missed developmental milestones, strengthening important parts of the self that may be weak, and teaching you how to love yourself. This is done by healing big and small past traumas, psycho-education such as learning how to set boundaries or speak assertively, and experiential exercises such energy work or art therapy exercises. Each trauma gets stuck in the unconscious mind and neurology. After a trauma, shame is often created.
Unresolved trauma and shame can create a variety of unwanted psychological, physical, spiritual and financial consequences. Through integration of the self and resolution of the shame and trauma people often feel more energetic, less triggered by outside events, experience improved health and may see shifts in their relationships and their finances. When you Heal Yourself, you can Love Your Life.

The Unconscious Mind
Sigmund Freud, known as The Father of Psychology said that about 80% of what we create is from the unconscious mind. This is why consciously we may know that something is not what we desire, such as being in an abusive relationship style, yet we keep finding ourselves in the same or similar situation. This is because unconscious patterns are recreating situations until they are resolved or re-programmed. The unconscious is programmed through story, images, and repetition
