Family Constellation Healing is a therapeutic technique that was brought to Germany by Bert Hellinger from his experiences learning sacred practices with the Zulu tribe in Africa and influences from psychodrama, psychoanalytic theory and gestalt psychology. This practice is now worldwide and growing in popularity in the United States. It is a way to connect and get to know ancestors, resolve negative family patterns, and help heal ancestral trauma that is connected to physical, emotional, and relational issues. This technique can also be used to serve as a guide to get more information to help choose a life path when faced with an unclear choice.
