If you are a Christian considering working with me, I want to share a transparent and heartfelt message about my approach to healing. My work is rooted in faith, love, and discernment, and I aim to meet you where you are in your beliefs. Whether you’re seeking purely Christ-centered healing or are open to an integrated approach that incorporates wisdom from other traditions, my ultimate goal is to support your healing journey in alignment with God’s love and purpose.
My Journey to Finding Godly Truths in Healing
I’ve learned the hard way through years of studying many healing traditions from around the world. While I’ve encountered wisdom and valuable tools in various cultures, I’ve also experienced moments of discernment where I realized that not all healing practices align with God’s truth.
Through this journey, I believe I’ve come closer to understanding the divine, godly truths of healing—truths rooted in Jesus’s teachings and the power of love, light, and service. My studies have allowed me to serve people from diverse backgrounds and belief systems while remaining committed to ensuring that every method I use honors God and aligns with Christ’s principles.
This exploration has taught me the importance of honesty and transparency. I believe in openly sharing where a concept or practice comes from, so you can make informed decisions about what feels right for you. Whether a belief is rooted in a specific culture or is cross-cultural, I’ll always invite an open and free conversation about it, ensuring that you’re comfortable every step of the way.
Healing Through Christ and Divine Energy
The word “Christ” represents more than Jesus’s name—it signifies a universal energy of love, healing, and redemption that Jesus carried in full. Across cultures, this same divine energy has been described as light, purity, and spiritual connection to God.
As Paramhansa Yogananda explains in his book Autobiography of a Yogi, Jesus used a divine technique while dying on the cross—a method similar to Kriya Yoga—to transmute unimaginable pain and suffering into healing energy for humanity. Yogananda recounts using Kriya Yoga techniques to confirm the truth of Jesus’s story, validating that Jesus’s sacrifice was not just symbolic but an active, conscious process to clear burdens that humanity could not bear alone.
Jesus’s sacrifice offers us the ultimate gift of healing, but we also have free will and responsibility to address the patterns and choices in our lives. His role was to open the way, and our role is to follow that path with faith, humility, and a willingness to heal.
Transparency and Open Conversations
In my work, I emphasize transparency because I believe honesty is key to building trust and fostering effective healing. When I introduce a concept or technique, I will always explain its origins and ensure you feel comfortable exploring it. For example:
• If a practice is rooted in a specific culture or belief system, I’ll share its background and how it aligns with God’s truth.
• If you’d prefer to focus solely on Christ-centered prayer and Biblical principles, I will honor that completely.
This open and honest dialogue allows us to co-create a healing process that aligns with your values and beliefs.
Why I Integrate Wisdom from Other Cultures
I believe that God created the entire world and placed wisdom in every culture. While no culture is perfect, many healing traditions reflect Christ-like principles of love, service, and restoration. For example:
• Family Constellations focus on healing generational trauma, which aligns with Malachi 4:6: “He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers.”
• Subconscious Reprogramming transforms limiting beliefs and aligns us with God’s truth, similar to the Biblical encouragement to “renew your mind” (Romans 12:2).
• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy, uses techniques similar to yoga’s rapid eye movement practices to clear emotional pain. While many Christians are unaware of these origins, EMDR’s purpose—releasing trauma from the subconscious—aligns with God’s desire for restoration and healing.
Addressing Concerns About Healing Practices
I understand the caution many Christians feel toward non-traditional healing practices. Scripture warns us to exercise discernment, as Satan can present himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14). Healing that is not rooted in God’s truth can lead to spiritual confusion or harm.
Why Discernment Matters
The influence of darkness has long created separation and misalignment on Earth. It’s important to ensure that any healing method we use aligns with Christ’s teachings, bringing peace and clarity rather than confusion.
How I Approach Healing with Discernment
• Rooted in Love and Light: Every practice I use is aligned with God’s love and never self-serving or manipulative.
• Respect for Your Faith: If you prefer solely Christian prayer and traditional psychology, I fully respect and honor that preference.
• Transparency in Every Session: I will always explain where a practice originates and ensure you feel comfortable before exploring it.
Tailoring Healing to Your Needs
As a psychologist trained in multicultural diversity, I am here to help clients from all walks of life. For my Christian clients, I offer two primary approaches:
1. Christ-Centered Healing
If you prefer a fully Christian approach, we can focus solely on:
• Prayer: Inviting Jesus into the healing process for guidance and restoration.
• Scripture: Using Biblical truths to address emotional and spiritual challenges.
• Traditional Psychology: Evidence-based techniques that align with your faith.
2. Integrated Healing with Jesus at the Forefront
For those open to exploring additional modalities, we can integrate practices such as:
• Family Constellations for generational healing.
• Subconscious Reprogramming to align with God’s truth.
• Energy Healing to release stuck emotions and patterns, always guided by Christ’s light.
In both approaches, Jesus remains at the forefront of the work, ensuring alignment with God’s will.
An Invitation to Heal
If you are a Christian seeking healing, I invite you to work with me in the way that feels most aligned for you. Whether you prefer fully Christ-centered healing or are open to an integrated approach, my goal is to help you heal, grow, and transform in alignment with God’s truth and love.
